3 Kapu Kawhe™  is a mentoring programme that pairs ethnically diverse young leaders with experienced New Zealand executives and directors for three life-changing conversations.

  • An annual programme by Multiethnic Young Leaders NZ, the design for 3 Kapu Kawhe moves within their overarching brand presence.

    As the brand interacts with higher-level professionals and CEOs in the MYLN radar, a minimalist system of cooler oceanic and sky blues aligns the programme with the corporate world.

    The 3 Kapu Kawhe brandmark elegantly embodies the three life-changing conversations—a pair of triple nested speech bubbles, the mentor guiding the mentee upwards, in the shape of a coffee cup.
